When dickens or more people are gathered unneurotic in homes, school, social environments, civic organizations, or work, conflict, at around point, will occur. In the work environment, organizational conflict is not necessarily bad for an organization. This conflict can be caused by differing opinions in creativity, experimentation, or other innovative ideas. However, organizations are peculiarly sensitive to a particular organizational conflict cognise as conflict due to demographics.
