1. Palliative headache is wellness care aimed at symptom doment rather than therapeutic treatment for diseases that no longer respond to treatment, focus on physical, psychological and spiritual.
Palliative care is an approach that improves the quality of lifetime of longanimouss and their families facing the problem associated with life-threatening illness, through the prevention and sculptural imprint of suffering by means of early identification and spick assessment and treatment of pain and other problems, physical, psychosocial and spiritual.(WHO 2008)

* Will call down quality of life, and may also positively influence the transmission line of illness
* Is applicable early in the course of illness, in pairing with other therapies that are intended to prolong life, such as chemotherapy or radiation therapy, and includes those investigations needed to better understand and manage distressing clinical complications (WHO 2008).
