Racism has been experienced in all parts of the world. Racism could be where a person is favored may be because of his or her color, language or generally the country where he or she come from. Racism is one of the major problems that leaders and other prominent people are striving to end. Favor in terms of a color has been experienced in many places including schools.
In school case teachers gives students who looks more appealing great favor. Again they could be exempted from punishments and many other school activities. Again in a case of a school you could get university students giving more vote’s good looking students and fails to consider other important factors. Racism is also found in many companies where by a European gives a fellow European a job and denies other people. Language is also another factor that is included in the issue of racism. A person gives more favors to those who understand his or her language well.
Once more people with the same understanding or in other words the same language may group themselves together. Again they may do activities that favor themselves most. Ones country has also become another major concern when it comes to racism. In case of a competition where people are supposed to vote in peoples of their country they obviously give credit to those who comes from their country.
Favors based on such line definitely gives prove to the issue of racism. Racism has become a major concern since we leave people with competitive capabilities and decides to give credit to those who comes from our countries but at the same time they may be noncompetitive.
