To keep the students updated at all times, the availability of the subjects and slots should be monitored.If a subject only has 5 slots available and there are still a number of students who would be enrolling that subject, students should be informed of someone has availed the slots already so that there wouldnt be any in straitened circumstances(p) time just by falling in line over again just to look for another available slot.
