As the concept everyplacespread the industry has now embraced two types of profane computing: semipublic and private. This paper studies a performance and cost effectiveness of smear computing and gives a clue to CIO of political party whether a company should move to the Cloud or not. Also, the paper uses the qualitative method acting in the research paper.
