Abstract

The primary focus of this authorship is speech communication and how it relates to cognition. Language in itself is a complex concept in itself. Language is defined to be a communicating of thoughts and feelings finished a system of random markals. These random signals could be voice sounds, gestures, or written symbols. Language does not precisely consist of voice sounds, but also encompasses body language and kinesics. Language consists of verbal language, body language, facial expressions, and sign language.
Lexicon is the kind dictionary that each individual carries around in their heads. Lexicon is the acquaintance of words for an individual. The knowledge that one may have, suggests that the sentences of a language is built from smaller units that is stored in the lexicon along with the rules of their arrangement into significant ramblings.




Language and Lexicon work to cohereher to provide an individual a way of expressing how they think and feel. Lexicon is the knowledge of words that reflects language so an individual may be able to express their thoughts and feelings through language. The way one may express their thoughts and feelings may sleep together in verbal language, body language, facial expressions, or sign language.
