i. Hands-on (please refer the technical skill set below).
ii. Managing 5+ engineers team; OFS/ITMSs O&M & Installations with demanding customers having high SLAs who were running mission critical application (e.g. Army, hospitals, fiscal Institution, Army, and Central Bank)
iii. Pre/post-sales engineering support; including customer facing and translating their requirements in solutions/BoQ/services.
