The world is not just where we reside, it has numerous features and places with solely different views of life, cultures, and tribe. Most propagation we dont see past our world, or think about what else is out on that point besides what we ar use to, our daily routine. Most people are shelter and unaware of the hardships others are severe to live through in far away countries, daily. When I was fifteen, I went on a mission trip to China with my youth impact from church. Our goal was to spread Gods word to a group of children in a communistic country. The aspect of seeing how people live somewhere else besides the United States, made a huge impact on my life and taught me so many values that would make me into the person I am today.
near eight of us were being prepped for this trip. We would have weekly meetings, where we would record simple Chinese phrases, and basically discuss our plan for when we got there and the resolves for it (being workers for God, and teaching others who do not know him, about him, and how wide he is). This was my first trip out of the country (as hale as one with out my parents), and seeing as we would be arriving in a place with a totally different everything, I was scared.
We were essentially breaking the law, by trying to teach religion to people in a communist country, so you could see the danger, and lengths we went to, to accomplish our mission for God. Therefore we would always have to be cautious of our surroundings. On our way to the meeting house we had to be extremely alert, and watch our every move, about like spies, it did not hurt that we were asian (this is probably the reason we did not look suspicious, and always got there safe every time). When we met the children there, they were practically orphans in a large house. The person(s) who watched them told us that their families could not afford to keep them.
