The scenes were a bit rushed. feel and Katniss didnt really connect. If I hadnt read the books, I dont think I would have cared too much about Rue dying. She hardly contend any role in the arena, except for showing Katniss the tracker jacker nest. slam dance was supposed to ask Katniss about Rue instead of unless shouting Just this time 12! The scene could have been played out better.
If they had only cut the scene with district 11 rebelling, and maybe cut some of Seneca Cranes scenes, they could have added opposite things, like Katniss explaining why she has to hunt, and maybe the Games could have been longer, as I just felt they were too rushed. We hardly got to know Rue and her district.
Thats my biggest problem with the movie, as I felt everything was too rushed. But overall the movie was actually pretty good, and I like Haymitch especially.
