get up:

In my group we conducted an experiment that measured the temperature and its effect on speed mobility of organisms. We predicted that cockroaches would move express in warmer temperatures then in glacialer temperatures. Our prediction was correct. The warmer the rooms we tested in the faster the cockroaches moved and their times got shorter; slowest in the cold room and fastest in the warm room. Since these were Madagascar cockroaches it seemed fair that they would be more comfortable in warm temperatures and become more productive. Overall temperature definitely affects locomotion. This is clearly demonstrated by jut 2, which shows the relationship between the temperature and the times of the cockroaches.
Introduction:

In this research lab we tested Madagascar cockroaches locomotion speed affected by diametrical temperatures and if it would have a noniceable effect on their speed. Temperature un breakingly had the greatest effect on speed in early(a) experiments; as the temperature increased, the speed of the organism increased (Johnson, Johnson, et al 1076). This support also be true for when the temperature goes down so does the speed of the cockroach.

The cockroachs movement speed would be faster in warmer temperature then cold temperature.
Procedure:

In order to time the cockroaches we needed a territory or area to do so. Very simply we drew a circle on a piece of paper and started them in the center of the circle and timed how long it took them to reach the end point or perimeter of the circle. We chose a circle because it did not matter which direction the cockroach chose.
In conducting this experiment we basic tested the cockroach in room temperature (22 degrees Celsius). We selected 3 dissimilar sized cockroachs, one at a time, and started them at the center. As soon they began their journey to the edge of the circle the horologe was started...If you want to get a full essay, order it on our website: Ordercustompaper.com
