Walking in the edge for showmanship that wasn’t really what I expected to place in but it was alright. After all I was going to move on Grand wiz Gilt, hopefully. Next thing you sleep with I am passporting through chairs with my hog, penning him wish well a professional hog shower, and brushing him when his nose was dirty and all the other stuff. Next thing I know the judge walks over and shakes my hand and I say, “Thank you so much,” like a good showman. That’s when I got wink place. That’s not what I wanted but I comfort walked out with my head held high. Lets continue on through the show shall we.
After I win that ribbon I walk my hog back into his pen and wait for market class. That takes the inflame off of me and all on the hogs; I have zilch to do with it now it’s all what the judge thinks. I continue walking through the ring with my barrow and adjoining thing you know I am penned and continue on to the winners circle. I take my hog out of his pen and last up getting third in class.
As I am walking back to my pen someone says, “ unafraid job, Ivana.” Furthermore, I am still waiting to win the big prize, Grand Champion.
As I walk through the ring again, only instead of having my barrow I have my gilt, I am just thinking to myself, “We got it, we can win this one.” As I continue to walk my hog I stimulate out that I get penned again. Next thing you know I end up getting first in my class. That means that I go in for Grand Champion after two more classes of hogs are done. The first and second from every class continue on and go for overbearing champion. To continue the show I go in for grand champion and I am sweating up a storm.
